Katrinasrust is the oldest commercial trout hatchery in the country and for years we have prided ourselves on producing the best quality fish in the most pristine conditions. All of our trout are raised in natural earth ponds with an open gravity flow water system with natural filtration ponds, which means the least amount of impact on the natural water that flows through the property. We supply trout of varying sizes for aquaponics systems, live stockings and processing.
